Because of the nature of our products — including physical books, digital downloads, custom-created coloring books, and faith-based resources — all sales made through our Website at https://wegettoservebooks.com/ and through associated channels are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the very limited circumstances described in this policy.

By completing a purchase on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.

3. Physical Books and Merchandise

3.1 All Sales Are Final

All purchases of physical products — including printed books, coloring books, journals, word search books, activity books, lesson plans, T-shirts, and any other merchandise sold through our Website — are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical products under any circumstances, except as set out in Section 3.2 below.

We encourage you to review all product information, descriptions, sample pages, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items — The Only Exception

We take great care in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if you receive a physical item that is:

  • Materially defective in manufacturing (e.g. missing pages, misprinted content, binding failures); or
  • Damaged in transit due to carrier mishandling,

you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date by emailing wegettoservebooks@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • A clear description of the defect or damage; and
  • Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage.

Upon review and verification, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement copy of the same product (subject to availability); or
  • A store credit of equivalent value toward a future purchase from wegettoservebooks.com.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or defective physical items. Our resolution is limited to replacement or store credit only. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. No exceptions.

3.3 What Is Not Covered

The following are NOT eligible for replacement, store credit, or any remedy:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong product, edition, or quantity
  • Minor cosmetic variations in print color, shade, or finish that do not affect the usability or core content of the product
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Products that have been used, written in, colored in, or otherwise altered after receipt

4. Digital Downloads and PDF Products

4.1 All Digital Sales Are Final — No Exceptions

ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PURCHASES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a digital file (PDF or other format) has been delivered to your email address or a download link has been made available to you, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind.

This policy applies to all digital products available on our Website, including but not limited to:

  • Women in Recovery: A Reflective Journal for Healing, Growth, and Renewal (PDF)
  • Downloadable coloring pages and activity sheets
  • Digital lesson plans and educational resources
  • Any other PDF or digital file available for purchase on our Website

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that you are not entitled to a refund once the download link has been issued or the file has been delivered, and you waive any right to a “cooling off” or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.2 Technical Delivery Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from receiving or accessing your digital download — such as a broken download link, a file delivery failure, or a corrupted file — please contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will make every effort to re-deliver your download promptly.

Technical delivery issues do not entitle you to a refund; they entitle you to re-delivery of the product you purchased.

4.3 Free Downloads

Free resources available on our Website (https://wegettoservebooks.com/free-resources-activities/) are provided at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy. If you experience difficulty accessing a free resource, please contact us and we will assist you.

5. Custom Coloring Book Orders — “Your Event, Your Coloring Book”

5.1 No Refunds Once Production Begins

Custom coloring book orders are bespoke products created specifically to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, all custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE once design work or production has commenced.

Custom orders are non-refundable once you have approved your design proof or once production has begun — whichever occurs first. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including change of mind, change of event details, or change in circumstances.

5.2 Pre-Production Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a custom order before design work has commenced, you must notify us in writing at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations received before any design work begins will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Once design work has started, your deposit is fully forfeited and non-refundable.

5.3 Errors in the Final Product

If the final delivered custom coloring book contains errors that are solely and directly attributable to WGTS (for example, we printed content materially different from the approved proof), we will reprint the affected order at no additional charge. We will not issue a cash refund.

WGTS is not responsible for errors in the final product that:

  • Were present in a customer-approved design proof;
  • Resulted from customer-provided content, spelling, names, or images;
  • Resulted from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer during the ordering process.

This is why we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review every element of their design proof before granting approval. Once a proof is approved, WGTS proceeds to production in reliance on that approval.

5.4 Minimum Order and Quantity Discrepancies

If your final delivered order contains a quantity materially less than what was agreed and invoiced (excluding minor variations of ±5% which are standard in print production), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will supply the shortfall quantity at no additional charge.

6. Donations

All donations made through our Website (https://wegettoservebooks.com/donate-to-heal-serve/) are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.

Important: We Get To Serve Books is NOT a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions under U.S. federal tax law.

We are not able to guarantee refunds for donations and each situation will be evaluated individually at our sole discretion.

7. Purchases Made Through Amazon

WGTS products are also sold through our Amazon Store. All purchases made through Amazon are governed exclusively by Amazon’s own Return Policy and Terms of Service. We Get To Serve Books has no control over Amazon’s refund and return processes and cannot process refunds for Amazon orders on our end.

For all refund, return, or exchange requests related to Amazon purchases, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly at https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html or through your Amazon account order history.

Please do not contact WGTS regarding Amazon order issues — we are unable to access your Amazon order details or process any transaction on Amazon’s platform.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We take payment disputes very seriously. If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these policies. In the event of a chargeback that we determine to be invalid or fraudulent, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with our payment processor, provide evidence of the transaction and this No Refund Policy, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees imposed on us by our payment processor.

Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from making future purchases on wegettoservebooks.com.

9. Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our Website. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund of the amount paid; or
  • Contact you before fulfilling the order to offer you the option to complete the purchase at the correct price.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders at an incorrectly listed price. In such cases, a full refund of any payment made will be issued promptly to your original payment method. This is the only scenario in which a full refund will be issued automatically under this policy.

Note: Digital content that has already been downloaded with your prior consent to waive the right of withdrawal is typically exempt from withdrawal rights under EU law.
  • US Consumers: Rights under applicable state consumer protection laws, including California consumer protection statutes.
