3.1 Age Requirements

Our Website is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and older. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use our Website under the supervision and with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

While many of our products are designed for children, all purchases, account registrations, custom orders, donations, and other transactions must be completed by an adult.

3.2 User Accounts

Certain features of our Website, including our WooCommerce-powered store, may require you to create an account. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your name and email address;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and not share your password with any third party;
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
  • Notify us immediately at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used in violation of these Terms, or are associated with fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3.3 Guest Checkout

You may make purchases through our Website as a guest, without creating an account. Guest checkout purchases are subject to the same Terms applicable to all transactions on our Website.

4. Products, Orders, and Purchases

4.1 Product Availability

All products listed on our Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice. In the case of limited edition products (such as “Yet He Rose: Limited Edition Faith Coloring Book”), availability is strictly limited and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and provide a full refund; or
  • Contact you to offer the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price.

Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes may be applied to your order depending on your location and applicable law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.3 Order Placement and Confirmation

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability or inventory errors
  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity
  • Pricing errors or technical errors on our Website
  • Failure of payment authorization

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

4.4 Payment

We accept the following payment methods for purchases made directly on our Website:

  • PayPal (including PayPal account payments and guest credit/debit card payments through PayPal)
  • Credit and debit cards processed through our secure WooCommerce payment gateway

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your designated payment method. We do not store your full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on payment data handling.

For purchases made through Amazon, payment is processed exclusively by Amazon under their own payment terms and policies.

4.5 Amazon Store

WGTS products are also available through our Amazon Store. Purchases made through Amazon are governed solely by Amazon’s Terms of Service, return policies, and privacy practices. We Get To Serve Books has no control over Amazon’s policies and is not responsible for the customer experience on Amazon’s platform, including fulfillment, returns, disputes, or customer service matters handled by Amazon.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Physical Products

We ship physical books and merchandise to addresses within the United States and, where available, internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WGTS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5.2 Digital Downloads

Digital products (PDF downloads) are delivered electronically via email or through a secure download link provided on our Website following payment confirmation. Digital downloads are typically available immediately or within a short time after purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase and that your email provider does not block delivery. If you experience difficulty receiving or accessing your digital download, contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com.

Please note: Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. See Section 7 for our full Refund Policy.

5.3 International Shipping

For international orders of physical products, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. WGTS has no control over and is not responsible for customs delays or fees. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

6. Custom Coloring Book Orders — “Your Event, Your Coloring Book”

6.1 Service Description

Our custom coloring book creation service allows individuals, churches, schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and event organizers to commission personalized coloring books for any occasion, including birthdays, school programs, church events, community gatherings, corporate events, and more.

6.2 Order Process

Custom orders are initiated by submitting a request through our Website at https://wegettoservebooks.com/your-event-your-coloring-book/. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to discuss your requirements, timeline, design preferences, and pricing. Your custom order is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed between you and WGTS.

6.3 Customer Content and Responsibilities

By submitting content for a custom coloring book, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • All text, images, photographs, logos, names, designs, and other materials you provide (“Customer Content”) are owned by you or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them in a published product;
  • Your Customer Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights;
  • If your Customer Content includes photographs or likenesses of identifiable individuals — including minors — you have obtained all required consents from those individuals (or their parents/guardians) for their likeness to appear in a printed and potentially distributed product;
  • Your Customer Content does not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • You will promptly provide any content, approvals, or information required by WGTS to complete your order within agreed timelines.

6.4 Design Proofs and Approvals

We will provide you with one or more design proofs for your review and approval before final production. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, layout, names, and design elements. WGTS is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in an approved proof.

Significant changes requested after proof approval may result in additional design fees and revised delivery timelines.

6.5 Production and Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by design complexity, revision cycles, the volume of orders, printing partner availability, and shipping logistics. WGTS will communicate proactively if significant delays arise.

6.6 Custom Order Pricing and Payment

Custom coloring book pricing is determined based on the scope, quantity, design complexity, and specifications of your order. A deposit (typically 50% of the total order value) is required to initiate production, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Custom order pricing and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

If production has already commenced, the full agreed order value remains payable. No refund or credit will be issued. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wegettoservebooks@gmail.com.

Pre-production cancellations: If you wish to cancel before any design work has commenced, you must notify us in writing at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com immediately. Cancellations received before design work begins will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Once design work has started, your deposit is fully forfeited and non-refundable.

All custom coloring book orders are NON-REFUNDABLE once design work or production has commenced. Please review our full No Refund Policy at https://wegettoservebooks.com/no-refund-policy/ for complete details.

6.7 Custom Order Cancellations

For our complete No Refund Policy including consumer statutory rights, please visit: https://wegettoservebooks.com/no-refund-policy/

Please contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us violates these Terms. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks and recover all associated fees. Customers who initiate invalid chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases on wegettoservebooks.com.

7.7 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Returns and refunds for products purchased through Amazon are governed exclusively by Amazon’s Return Policy — not by WGTS. We Get To Serve Books operates a strict No Refund Policy for all direct purchases. Contact Amazon directly for all return, refund, or exchange requests related to Amazon purchases. WGTS cannot process refunds or exchanges for Amazon orders.

7.6 Amazon Purchases

In the event of a pricing error on our Website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which a full refund will be automatically issued.

7.5 Pricing Errors — The Only Automatic Refund

All donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com promptly. We will review accidental duplicate donations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7.4 Donations — Non-Refundable

Custom coloring book orders are non-refundable once design work or production has commenced. See Section 6.7 for the pre-production cancellation process. If errors are solely attributable to WGTS, we will reprint the order — no cash refund will be issued.

7.3 Custom Coloring Book Orders — Non-Refundable

All digital download purchases (PDFs and other digital files) are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once the download link has been issued or the file delivered to your email, with no exceptions including change of mind. If you experience a technical delivery failure, contact us within 48 hours for re-delivery.

7.2 Digital Downloads — Strictly Non-Refundable

The only exception: if you receive an item that is materially defective in manufacturing or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and photographs of the damage. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.

All purchases of physical products — including books, coloring books, journals, word search books, activity books, lesson plans, T-shirts, and merchandise — are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical products.

7.1 Physical Books and Merchandise — All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Get To Serve Books operates a strict No Refund Policy across all products and services. By completing any purchase on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our No Refund Policy, available in full at https://wegettoservebooks.com/no-refund-policy/.

This exception does not extend to paid/premium products or digital downloads.

8.5 Your Content — License Grant

When you submit content to us — including custom book order materials, contact form submissions, testimonials, or community contributions — you grant We Get To Serve Books a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order or request, and (for testimonials provided with consent) for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Free Downloads and Resources

We offer free downloadable resources on our Website, including coloring pages, activity sheets, word searches, and other materials (https://wegettoservebooks.com/free-resources-activities/). These resources are provided as a gift to our community and are subject to the following terms:

  • You may print and distribute free resources within your household, classroom, church group, or community organization, provided you do not charge for them and credit is given to WGTS;
  • Free resources may not be uploaded to any website, sold, bundled with other products, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • Free resources are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or removed from our Website at any time without notice;
  • The availability of free resources does not constitute a waiver of our intellectual property rights in those materials.

Parents and guardians who purchase our products for children are responsible for supervising their children’s engagement with our content and ensuring its suitability for their individual child’s age, maturity, and needs. 19. Modifications to Our Website, Products, and Terms

19.1 Website and Product Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Website, products, or services;
  • Change pricing, product availability, or service offerings;
  • Update, modify, or remove any content, resources, or features on our Website;
  • Limit or restrict access to any part of our Website.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Website or services.

19.2 Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice through a prominent announcement on our Website or via email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of our Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our Website.

20. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability to you, to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to our Website or account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms;
  • Cancel any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or in violation of these Terms;
  • Remove, edit, or refuse any content that violates these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including payment obligations for pending orders.

The following provisions of these Terms shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights (Section 8), Disclaimers (Section 15), Limitation of Liability (Section 16), Indemnification (Section 17), Governing Law (Section 21), and Dispute Resolution (Section 22) — all of which remain in full force after termination.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or your use of our Website, products, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state law of the state in which We Get To Serve Books is principally operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For international users — including users in Nigeria, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions — applicable local consumer protection laws and data protection regulations are not excluded by these Terms to the extent they provide you with rights that cannot be waived by contract.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 Informal Resolution First

We believe that most concerns can be resolved through good-faith communication. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at wegettoservebooks@gmail.com with a written description of your dispute and the resolution you seek. We will make a genuine effort to resolve your concern informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.

22.2 Binding Arbitration (US Users)

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you and WGTS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Website, products, or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration body under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location or, if no agreement is reached, via written or telephonic proceeding. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

22.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that you may only bring claims against WGTS in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

22.4 International Users

Users outside the United States may have rights to bring claims in their local courts under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable mandatory local law.

23. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and We Get To Serve Books with respect to your use of our Website, products, and services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
